Quick pan fried pasta
Makes 6 ample portions
1 lb. cooked Pasta Plus any flavor or cut
3 T olive oil
salt and pepper to taste
2 T minced fresh garlic
4 T minced fresh parsley
Parmesan Cheese - grated, flaked or shaved
Heat olive oil in skillet until a bead of water bounces off when dropped in oil. Saute garlic until starts to brown. Add all of the pasta. Stir pasta into garlic oil mixture until coated with oil and garlic. Heat until pasta is hot. Allow to sit in skillet until light brown crust begins to form. Place in pasta bowl. Sprinkle with parsley and Parmesan cheese to taste.
