Uses: Pesto is most often used without cooking at room temperature. Simply stir to combine the olive oil and pour onto our cooked pasta, mix in additional Parmesan cheese. Another quick addition is cottage cheese stirred in along with the pesto.

Ingredients: Olive oil, Parmesan cheese(skim milk, culture, enzymes), basil, parsley, pine nuts, garlic, salt and pepper.
